| 摘 要： | 目的：了解硒对免疫功能的影响的研究进展，为今后的研究提供依据。方法：对国内外文献进行收集、整理和分析。结果：硒是一种重要的人和动物体内所必需微量元素，缺硒会损害免疫系统的功能。补充适量的硒可增强非特异免疫及细胞免疫、体液免疫功能，但补硒要适量，超过安全摄入量会引起硒中毒。结论：硒在免疫反应中发生作用的机制尚未明确，仍有待于进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Objective: To provide the evidence for further study,through understanding the knowledge of selenium effects on immunity.Methods: Collecting,sorting and analyzing the literatures at home and abroad.Results: Selenium is an important essential trace element for humans and animals.Lack of selenium will impair the function of immunity.Supplement of a moderate amount of selenium can strengthen the nonspecific immunity,the cellular immunity and humoral immunity.But supplement of selenium must be proper,if it is morn than safe intake of selenium,it can result in being poison.Conclusion: The immunity mechanism of selenium is not clear,it will be going on studying. |
