| 摘 要： | 行政权是大学管理制度中最基本和最重要的内容。民国大学行政权的设置出于对保障学术有序运行和健康发展的思考,体现于大学行政管理与人才管理方面。通过对民国大学行政制度的考察,了解民国大学管理制度的构建,发现大学行政权与学术权的正确处理是实现大学内部民主管理、学术自由发展、行政效率得以提高的重要手段,也是现今大学突破自我发展瓶颈,提升大学知名度、提升我国文化软实力的重要借鉴和参考。

| Abstract: | Executive power is the most basic and important content in the university management system.Through the inspection of the university administrative system of the Republic of China,the study understands the structure of university management system and ascertains the relationship between administrative rights and academic power,which is conducive to promote universities’visibility and enhance the soft power of culture in nowadays. |
