| 摘 要： | 在学习过程中，情感问题直接关系着学生的学习效果。情感问题已成为英语课程中的重要教学内容和目标之一．关注学生的情感，培养学生积极向上的情感态度，是学好英语的基础。而激励则是调动学生积极情感的有效魔法棒。本文从激励的语言艺术、激励的目标导向、激励的心理需求三方面阐述了如何充分发挥激励这一有效魔法棒。

| Abstract: | Emotion problem directly influences the effect of study. This problem has already become one of the most important teaching contents and aims in the course of English. Caring students＇ emotion and training students＇ positive emotion is the foundation of studying English. And stimulation is an effective magic stick to mobilize the positive emotion. This thesis mainly elaborates how to stimulate students＇ positive emotion from three aspects： language skills, objective directions and psychology demands. |
