| 摘 要： | 民族认同是指在多民族国家中,各民族成员在相互交往活动基础上,对我族与他族的确认与接纳。从文化视角而言,民族认同是全球化与多元文化交织的时代脉搏与主题。在多民族国家中,不但要求不同民族要遵从主流的文化价值,同时它也要求彰显不同民族之间的文化差异。文章在透视多元文化与民族认同关系的基础上,探讨了藏族青少年在文化多样性及差异性背景下的民族认同路径,为实现藏族青少年民族认同包容性发展提供参考。
