关于提高西藏地方主流媒体舆论引导力的思考

在国际形势日趋复杂、反分裂斗争形势严峻的情况下,提高少数民族地区新闻媒体的信息传播与舆论引导力刻不容缓.文章对《西藏日报》、西藏电视台、西藏人民广播电台、中国西藏新闻网、中国西藏之声等西藏地方主流媒体的舆论引导特点及存在的问题进行了分析,并从提高新闻信息产品生产能力,丰富舆论引导的内容；实现不同媒体的优势互补,拓展舆论引导的渠道；改进突发事件和重大公共安全事件新闻报道,掌握舆论引导主动权；培养舆论领袖,实现对社会核心价值观的舆论引导等方面提出提升舆论引导力的途径.

On the Improvement of the Guidance of Tibet＇s Local Mainstream Media to Public Opinion

In the increasingly complex international situation and under the tough circumstance of anti-split- tism struggles, it is of great urgency to strengthen the information dissemination and the guidance of local news media to public opinion in ethnic areas. This article analyzes the characteristics and problems existed in the the guidance of the Tibet＇s local mainstream media, such as Tibet Daily, Tibet Television Station, Tibet Peo- ple＇s Radio Station, China Tibet News Website , the Voice of Tibet, China to public opinion so as to enhance the productive capacity of news and information products and to enrich the content of media guidance to pub- lic opinion. Different media should complement each other＇s advantages in order to broden the channels of media guidance to public opinion. The reports of emergencies and major public safety incidents should be im- proved so as to have the initiative of guiding public opinion in hands. It is also necessary to cultivate opinion leaders to enhance the approaches of providing people guidance of the core value of the socity
