职业教育在农村剩余劳动力转移中的作用及发展对策研究

目前我国农村存在大量剩余劳动力急需转移,提高农民的素质是实现农村剩余劳动力最有效转移的根本所在。发展农村职业教育将对提高农民素质、对农村剩余劳动力的资源开发与分流,实现农村剩余劳动力有效和有序转移起到至关重要的作用。本文就我国农村职业教育在农村剩余劳动力转移中的作用和意义进行了探讨,对当前我国农村职业教育的现状进行了分析,提出了农村职业教育的发展对策。

Role of vocational education in shift of countryside surplus labor force and countermeasure research of its development

At present,there exists large amounts of surplus labor who need to be transferred in our countryside,improving the peasants' quality is the basis of the surplus labors' transferring in our countryside.Developing the rural vocational education has the crucial function to the resource development and distribution of the surplus labors in countryside,the realization of the effective and ordered transference of the rural surplus labors.This paper has researched into the function and meaning of the vocational education in our countryside in the transferring of rural surplus labor,analyzed the present condition of the rural vocational education and proposed related countermeasures of the future development of the rural vocational education.
