| 摘 要： | 秦代人权较之先秦人权又有了重大发展,主要表现为：一是执政试图以法律的形式维护人权;二是人士子述中有着较强烈的人权精神;三是民间人权意识的觉醒。秦代的人权显示出诸如人权认识的主体范围的拓展、更加关注人的“原生权”等方面的特征。

| Abstract: | Compared the human rights of the pre-Qin period,there was more significant development in human rights in Qin Dynasty. Shown as mainly: First, the person in power attempted to safeguard human rights in the form of law; Second, there was stronger human rights spirit in gentle personage's sub writing; Third, it had the awakening of folk human rights consciousness. The human rights of Qin Dynasty demonstrates some important characteristics, such as the expansion of subject range that human rights recognization and paying close attention to the people's "Original Right" etc. |
