爆炸载荷下药型罩形成多破片的数值模拟

摘    要:提出一种在爆炸载荷下形成多破片的新型刻槽药型罩结构。针对新结构建立有限元计算模型,应用非线性有限元软件Ansys-Lsdyna对爆炸载荷下刻槽药型罩形成多个破片的过程进行数值模拟。根据计算模型尺寸,加工试验装置进行试验验证。验证试验与数值模拟结果一致,破片分布只不过聚焦形状。所设计的刻槽药型罩能够实现预期的设想,形成具有一定数量和质量且具有聚焦性能的破片群。

Abstract:A new grooved liner configuration for forming multi-fragments under explosion loading is presented. The FEM model of a new configuration is established, and the numerical simulation of the process of the grooved liner forming multi-fragments with the non-linear software Ansys/Lsdyna is carried out. Based on the design model, the test device and the validation experiment are accomplished. The results of the validated experiment and the numerical simulation are in good agreement. The fragment distribution shows a focused form. The grooved liner can achieve an anticipative purpose and form a definite quantity, mass and focused fragment cluster.
