| 摘 要： | 针对科技期刊国际化进程的要求，提出了编辑人员应具备的3种意识，即学术性意识、国际化意识、知识更新意识，认为开拓创新能力、信息处理能力、审美和心理分析能力及外语应用能力等是编辑人员应具备的素质。

| Abstract: | In the light of the requirements of the internationalization process for sci-tech journal, this paper pointed out that an editor should have three consciousnesses such as the academic consciousness, the internationalization consciousness and the knowledge-renewing consciousness, and holds that the creative and innovative ability, the information processing ability, the aesthetic and psychological analyzing ability, and the foreign language applying ability are the basic qualities that the editors should possess. |
