| 摘 要： | 我国现有的业余训练体制为竞技体育的发展做出了巨大贡献.但是,随着社会主义市场经济发展的不断深入,传统的业余训练模式已经不能适应形势的发展要求,必须进行改革.＂华阳模式＂的出现,为这一改革提供了新的思路.本文通过对我国业余训练体制现状和＂华阳模式＂的分析,为我国业余训练体制未来的发展提出建议,探求一种新的业余训练发展模式.

| Abstract: | The amateur training system has made great contribution to competitive sports in China.However,with the deepening of the socialist market economy,the traditional mode of amateur training does not fit the current situation and reform is indispensable.The Huayang Mode provides a line of thinking for the reform.This paper,by way of an analysis of the present state of China's amateur training system and the Huayang Mode,makes suggestions for the development of our amateur training system. |
