| Abstract: | With the rapid progress of biotechnology,bioinformatics has become an indispensable biological researchers a discipline.This work have to make a simple overview on the bioinformatics current hot issue.And make a brief introduction on how to use technology for silico cloning,RNA secondary structure prediction.Also discussed existing problems in bioinformatics. |
