青海地区高职院校大学生营养知识与饮食行为的调查分析

为了了解高职院校大学生日常营养膳食情况,提高营养水平,保障大学生膳食营养的摄入和身体健康,作者对青海省3所职业技术学院在校学生的营养知识、营养态度和饮食行为等方面进行了调查,发现存在营养知识欠缺,营养搭配不合理,不重视早餐,饮食无规律等问题,就此提出了改善大学生营养状况的建议,加强营养知识的宣传教育;应根据青海高原环境的具体特点做到合理营养、均衡膳食、足量获取各种营养素;培养大学生形成良好的饮食行为,保证大学生的健康成长.
