| 摘 要： | 经济社会转型时期,西藏传统的以“输血”为主的外生—粗放型经济发展方式难以为继.从转变经济发展方式的本质入手,分析了西藏现有经济发展方式存在的问题,提出了完善配套体制、优化产业结构、发展循环经济等路径措施,推动西藏经济发展方式实现有效转变,走上可持续发展之路.

| Abstract: | On the economic and social transformation period,it grows difficult to continue for Tibet＇s traditional ＂blood transfusion＂ development mode consisting mainly of exogenous-extensive economy.From the transformation of the mode of economic development essence,This article analyzes the existing problems about the mode of economic development in Tibet,then puts forward the measures such as perfecting the supporting system,optimizing the industrial structure and developing circular economy,etc.It is the aim to promote the economic development of Tibet to achieve effective transformation and take the road of sustainable development. |
