重庆市三峡库区外来人员犯罪问题研究

大量外来人员的涌入给重庆市三峡库区城市建设、经济发展带来活力和动力的同时,外来人员犯罪已成为影响本地区社会治安稳定的一个重要因素.对于外来人员大量涌入而引发的城市各种社会问题如何正确认识并妥善解决,是构建社会主义和谐社会的一项重要课题.随着社会变迁和经济的发展,外来流动人口的构成主体发生变化,外来人员犯罪也不断产生新情况、新问题,有效解决外来人口犯罪问题需要结合当前的形势进行实证分析,提出有针对性的治理对策.

A Study on the Crime by Transient Population in Three Georges Reservoir Area of Chongqing Municipality

Large amount of transient population into Three Georges Area has reinvigorated the unban construction and economic development,but the crimes made by some of them have exerted influence on the social stability.To have a correct understanding and a proper resolution of their crime constitutes an important project of harmonious social construction.With the social and economic development,the transient population is made up of new members and the crimes made by some of them are changing constantly.An effective resolution of this problem needs to be empirically studied in the context of the new social situation.Sound countermeasures must be proposed.
