| 摘 要： | 采用反相高效液相色谱法在SSExsilODS色谱柱 (2 5cm× 4.6mm ,5 μm)上 ,以 2 0mmol L磷酸盐缓冲溶液 (pH =2 .3 0 )和甲醇的二元流动相分离测定了废碱液综合利用过程中的有机酸 .流动相流速为 1.0mL min ,紫外检测波长为 2 10nm .实验结果表明 ,该方法的相对标准偏差小于 1.5 % ,回收率在 95 .5 %～ 10 3 .2 % .
