| 摘 要： | 随着信息高速公路的建设与发展，档案管理现代化问题，已成为高校档案实际工作所面临的亟待解决的问题。要加速实现档案管理现代化，一是转变观念，增强档案管理的现代化意识是前提；二是具备一定的设备、物质条件是基础；三是具有一支现代化管理水平的人才是关键；四是加强档案标准化建设。
