静态浮选研究的新进展

静态浮选是1985年以来出现的一种浮选新设备和新工艺。其特点是高效、节能并简化选矿流程。本文综合评述了矿物工程研究室五年多来在静态浮选研究中——特别是对贫赤铁矿石、硫化铜矿石以及静态浮选塔内流态研究的主要成果,并提出总结性的几点意见。

NEW PROGRESS OF STATIC FLOTATION RESEARCH

A significant development in recent years has been the increasing industrial use of flotation columns, primarily in Canada. Columns have been claimed to give better separations than cell-type machines,particularly when operating on fine materials. The Static Flotation Tube, a new flotation column, for the cleaning of ores has been developed by David C. Yang,Ph. D. The principle involved represents an innovative idea in flotation machine design. Following this, "The Mineral Engineering Research Section"of Mining Department has researched this topic, and the Static Floation Towers were installed in the taconit,copper and gold ore dressing circuits in recent five years. Because of the excellent results achieved, an investigation in industral-scale tower on copper-ore dressing is being carried out at L. Y. Copper Mine. Furthermore, the fluidal strutures of static flotation tower and conventional column have been researched. The flow pattern in static flotation tower is "Comb-like Harmonious Fluid",and in conventional column is "Swing Vortical Fluid".
