HCG对小鼠全脑,卵巢及子宫GABA受体结合的抑制效应

INHIBITORY EFFECTS OF HCG ON GABA RECEPTOR BINDING IN THE WHOLE BRAIN,OVARY AND UTERUS OF MICE

Effect of HCG on the binding of exogenous GABA to GABA receptor in mice whole brain,ovary and uterus was studied by radioligand receptor binding assay. Subcutaneous injection(s.c) of HCG to 21-day old sex-immature female mice for 7 days increased the weight of ovary and uterus,but caused obvious inhibitory effect on the GABA receptor binding.The ratio of GABA receptor binding in ovary,uterus and whole brain was 6:3:1 in control group,while HCG decreased the binding by 17%,50% and 75% respectively in experimental group.When we used bicuculline and baclofen to detect the binding changes of GABA receptor subtypes in 35-day old sex-mature mice administrated with HCG,we found that GABA receptor binding increased in whole brain but decreased in ovary and uterus following intracerebraventricular injection(ICV) of bicuculline,while baclofen led to significant decreases in binding.It is suggested that GABA_Aand GABA_Breceptors in CNS and peripheral tissues might have heterogeneous contents.
