| 摘 要： | 贫困不仅是贫困人口生计资本不足的体现，更是贫困人口能力和机会短缺的后果，教育扶贫的目的就是解决贫困人口能力短缺的问题.当前我国教育扶贫投入日益增加，而产生的扶贫效益呈现地区差别，贫困地区与非贫困地区教育扶贫差异显著，而贫困地区内部教育扶贫也存在明显差异.本研究以深度贫困地区恩施州为例，选用8个县（市）数据，运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法分析各县市之间教育扶贫运行机制与扶贫绩效，并针对其不足提出相关政策建议.

| Abstract: | Poverty is not only a reflection of the shortage of impoverished people's livelihood source, but also a consequence of the shortage of their ability and opportunities. Educational poverty alleviation aims at solving the problem of capacity shortage of poor people.At present, China's investment in educational poverty alleviation keeps increasing, but the benefits show significant regional differences. Taking Enshi Prefecture as an example, the study selects the data of 8 counties and cities, uses AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the operation mechanism and poverty alleviation performance of education poverty alleviation of each county and city, and analyzes the regional difference of educational poverty alleviation with ArcGIS. Some suggestions are thus put forward. |
