萱草花粉发育的细胞学观察

摘    要:采用传统的细胞学方法,对萱草的花粉发育进行了观察,结果表明,花粉粒的发育过程和大多数单子叶植物相似,小孢子核从中央位置移于一端后,花粉开始第一次有丝分裂,形成生殖细胞和营养细胞,生殖细胞游离在营养细胞质内后壁消失,成熟花粉属于二胞型。

Abstract:The pollen development of Hemerocallis fulva L has been observed by traditional methods.The results show that the pollen development of Hemerocallis fulva L has a similiar process like most monocotyledons. Before the first mitosis of the pollen, the nucleus is displaced from the centre. Then the generative cell and vegetative cells are formed. Mature pollen grains are 2 celled.After the generative cell becomes free in the cytoplasm of the vegetative cell,its wall disappears.
