摘    要:基于虚拟仪器LabVIEW2010和可编程逻辑控制器技术设计开发了液压测控系统,从而为液压回路实验的验证提供了更方便快捷的平台.整个系统主要从整体结构设计、液压系统设计、上位机程序设计以及通讯测试设计等方面进行研究,因为系统的开发减少了实验中人为记录的不稳定的因素,得到更加可靠的实验数据.实践证明,系统应用稳定可靠,在实验教学中使用效果良好,可曲液压课程的学习提供更好的实践平台.

Abstract:Hydraulic and control system based on LabVIEW and the programmable logic controller technology design,provides a more convenient and efficient platform for experimental validation of the hydraulic circuit,this system can reduce the destabilizing factors of the human record of the experiment,and get the more reliable experimental data.The entire system in terms of the main structural design,hydraulic system design,the host computer programming and communications test design.Application of this system is stable and reliable,used in the experimental teaching to good effect,the combination of the hydraulic integration and the introduction of the virtual instrument technology,hydraulic courses provide a better platform for practice for students to learn.
