| 摘 要： | 执政党的体制机制是实现执政党科学执政的重要条件，研究执政党体制机制的科学性有利于执政党领导的稳定和不断改善，使之朝着正确的方向发展。一套科学的执政党的体制机制，至少应包含五个科学性要素：良好的理论装备、浓厚的求知氛围、完整的运作系统、灵敏的预警程序和高效的互动体系。这些要素既包括科学的制度，也包括人的内在素质，它们从不同的方面共同发挥作用才能保证执政党体制机制的高效运转。

| Abstract: | A good mechanism is essential for the stable and improved leading position of the reigning party,which should include at least five factors of good theories,a learning-friendly environment,a complete operating system,sensitive alarming procedures and an effective interactive system.They represent scientific systems and good qualities of the executives,joined in one to exercise influences for the good work of the mechanism. |
