论历史民俗文化遗产保护中的政府行为——基于民间行为与政府行为比较分析的视角

以田野调查所得资料为案例，对比分析历史民俗活动过程中民间行为与政府行为在传统文化底蕴与历史样貌、活动方式、行为效应上的差异，以此探讨历史民俗保护中政府行为的科学性。认为在历史民俗文化遗产保护过程中，政府应以指导和引导为主，更好地利用民间自发的力量，使传统民俗呈现其原生的文化内涵及吸引力；要充分发挥民俗专家的作用，让年轻人在参与活动中接受传统文化的“濡化”，使民俗活动的传承摆脱纯粹展演式的尴尬境地，真正发挥其强大生命力对现世的积极影响。

Government Behavior in the Preservation of Folk Heritage

This thesis intends to discuss government behavior in cultural heritage preservation by comparing the cultural traditions,their campaigns and effects that involve civil participants and governments respectively,based on data from a field investigation.Governments are recommended to function as advisor and facilitator in preserving historic and folk heritages so that volunteers and folklore experts can bring their strength into full play and youths are involved to learn and grow.What is more,the ancient folk traditions are thus kept free from vulgar commercial performance,but protected to influence the modern world powerfully with their appeal from untouched origins and sustaining vitality.
