| 摘 要： | 通过芜湖高新技术创业服务中心的发展情况,阐述了我国科技企业孵化器自1987年创办以来,在将科技资源迅速、高效地转变为生产力；培育中小科技企业成功创业和迅速成长；加速地区和国家产业结构调整等方面发挥的巨大作用,特别是在建设创新型国家的新时期,科技企业孵化器将承担更多的社会功能。

| Abstract: | Through the development introduction of Wuhu high-tech carving out and service centre,this paper is intended to give a full discussion of science and technology enterprise incubator's great function since it was originated in1987.The incubator has played a great part in managing technology into productivity effectively and rapidly,cultivating small factory into successful enterprises,accelerating industry structure adjustment and especially bearing more social functions during creating a new innovational nation. |
