| 摘 要： | 在研究大学生素质教育的基础上,对加强青年大学生身体素质和体育教育进行了调查分析,探讨了当前大学生身体素质教育方面存在的问题;提出了改变传统教育理念,让应试教育尽快蜕变为素质教育;改革高校体育教育模式;改善学校体育运动条件和设施;不断提高学生的心理健康水平等建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the research of the undergraduate quality education,survey and analysis on the undergraduate＇s physical quality and the situation of sports development is made.It is pointed out that education of physical quality is one part of the quality education of the students.Some problems in physical quality education of the college students are probed into.It is proposed that the traditional teaching ideology be changed and exam-oriented education change to quality education;physical education mode be reformed in colleges and universities;conditions and facilities of sports be improved and mental health of the students be improve. |
