| 摘 要： | 农村留守妇女是我国农村社会发展中容易被忽视的弱势群体,增进留守妇女的健康对我国社会的发展和稳定有着重要的意义。本研究以河南七个地区400个农村留守妇女为调查对象,全面了解她们的健康状况和参与体育活动情况。研究发现影响留守妇女不参加体育活动的主要原因是缺乏锻炼氛围,缺乏体育设施,经济负担重,洗澡不方便等。建议加强农村精神文明建设,进一步增强健康意识,培养文明的生活方式,营造良好的健身氛围,不断增加留守妇女的体育人口,全面提高身体素质。
