| 摘 要： | 创造性是时代对教师素养提出的新要求,创造型教师成为每一个从事教育工作的教师应该努力实现的目标。分析了创造型教师应具备的五大特征,并提出了培养创造型教师的基本途径。

| Abstract: | Creativity is the new demands for the accomplishments of teachers in this new time.Thus creative teacher is the demand of role for every teacher and they all try their best to realize such a role in the work.This article analyses the five characteristics that creative teachers should possess,then it puts forward the basic ways in training creative teachers. |
