| 摘 要： | 1986年,荆州博物馆发掘了张家山336号汉墓,出土了大批竹简.其中有<朝律>一种.张家山336号汉墓<朝律>经历汉高祖、惠帝、吕后、文帝时三十余年的变化,<朝律>及其所定朝位与现实政治有密切关联.对了解儒生参与汉初政治建设及汉初政治走向极有裨益,还对了解汉初律的性质及篇目具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | "Chaolv",which is a law document in Han Dynasty,was found in No.336 Han Tomb in Zhangjiashan in 1986.This documentation went through several emperors in Han Dynasty,and supplied some new materials for the study of the character and the division of the earliest Han Law.It showed the scholars how to be a lawgiver, and also showed the close relationship between "Chaolv" and politics. |
