| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the reasons of the lower utilization ratio of the E-reading room from aspects of the network function, users' quality, managerial means, propagating and training, managers' factors, etc., and based on these, puts forward some presumptions and countermeasures for increasing the utilization ratio of the E-reading room. |
