本钢水系统优化运行的探讨

摘    要:根据本钢供水系统的实际情况,建立了共水系统优化调度数学模型,应用遗传算法进行神经网络权系优化的改进算法进行了优化求解,达到了水系统优化调度的目的,从生产优化运行方面看,以最优的生产运行实现达标水质,同时追求尽可能高的经济效益,从而为今后本钢供水系统的发展指明了方向,同时为全公司战略目标的实现迈进了坚实的一步。

Abstract:Based on the situation of Benxi Steer-iron Group, the mathematic model that optimized the dispatching system of water-supply was built. The model used Genetic Algorithm(GA) to optimize the ANNs weigh value in order to find the best solution. The improved algorithm can reach the aim of managing water-supply system in effect. In the process of operation , the approach didnt only reach a set standard for water quality, but also get a possibly high economic benifit. The way also pointed out a right direction for company development in the water-supply in the future. The research made solid progress in order to fulfill the whole companys strategic target.
