摘    要:动物组织中K、Na、Ca、Mg、Zn、Cu、Mn、Fe等元素的系统分析,样品待测液的制备目前大都采用二酸(HNO3-HClO4)消煮法1].此法每克样品要消耗约25ml浓HNO3和5ml HClO4酸,而且操作繁琐,费时,变异系数较大消煮过程中产生大量对人体健康有害的气体(NO2,NO),因此给大批量动物样品的快速分析带来困难.

Abstract:A simplified method of using 1N hydrochloric acid in extracting of animal tissue samples before being checked by atomic absorption and flame spectrometry has been tried and tested successfully. It oan be used specially in the determination of certain metailic contents, such as that of K, Na, Ca, Mg, Ou, Zn, Fe and Mn, in the animal tissues from pork, beef, chicken, fowl eggs, powdered fishes, powdered milk, and the blood of chicken.The deta of there teats, in compared with that of conventional method of HNO3-HClO4, show a striking resemblances except for Fe. If an average relative deviation wich comes within 5% with absolute deviation within 0.05% are allowed, thss method may be suggested to put into practical use.
