开放实验室管理模式的探索

摘    要:开放实验室是培养学生实践能力的有效措施之一,加强开放实验室管理是高校在实验教学改革中所面临的一个新课题。多年来华中科技大学在基础课实验室实行以学生为主体,教师负责的开放性实验室管理模式,而在综合性、设计性课程的实验室实行学生管理,教师检查监督的模式,以培养学生的综合素质。这种实验室管理模式不仅可以保证全天候开放实验室,而且有利于学生综合能力的培养与提高。

Abstract:Opening laboratory is one of the effective measures to cultivate students' practice ability. Strengthening opening laboratory management is a new topic that we are facing in the experimental teaching reform. Over the years, in laboratory of basic experimental courses, we have been in the implementation of management based on the principle of "student-centered and teachers in charge mode" while in laboratory of comprehensive and designed experimental courses, we have been in the implementation of "student management, teacher examination and supervision mode" to cultivate students' comprehensive quality. This laboratory management mode can not only ensure all-weather open laboratory, but also conducive to improve and cultivate students' comprehensive ability.
