麻省理工学院研究性实验教学的启示

摘    要:课堂演示实验是理工类课程实施研究性教学的一种有效途径。通过对美国麻省理工学院《经典力学》课程教学过程的详细介绍,指出课堂演示实验有助于提高教学质量和培养学生的创新精神和创新能力,并对设计和组织课堂演示实验时应注意的几个关键问题进行了讨论。

Enlightenment of Classical Mechanics of Massachusettes Institute of Technology

Abstract:Classroom demonstration experiment is an effective approach to implement research teaching in science and engineering curriculums. The teaching process of the course Classical Mechanics in Massachusettes Institute of Technology is introduced in detail. It is pointed out that classroom demonstration experiments are beneficial to improve teaching quality and cuhivate students' innovative spirit and ability. Several key questions during designing and organizing classroom demonstration experiments are also discussed in this paper.
