初探高校会计创新型人才培养模式

21世纪，社会急速发展，创新型人才是社会发展最宝贵的资源。高校在培养会计人才方面存在一些问题，如：高校会计教学因其固定的教学模式、落后的软硬件设施、错误的自我定位阻碍了对会计创新型人才的培养。文中针对高校在培养会计人才方面存在的问题，整合国外先进创新型人才培养模式，试着建立一套较为系统的以政府、高校、企业、学生为主体以及相互之间关系的四位一体的高校会计创新型人才培养模式。

Preliminary Exploration about Culitvation Model of Innovative Talents in the Colleges and Universities

In the 21 st century, society is developing at an amazing pace. Innovative talents, as one of the most precious resources, play a significant role in the social development. However, the rigid teaching method, outdated hardware and software facilities and incorrect self-location in the accounting major of colleges and universities become an obstacle to foster younger generation with innovation. This paper will analyze the lack of creation in the process and try to systematize a new model including government, colleges and universities, companies and students with foreign advanced experience to develop creative students who major in accounting in the colleges and universities.
