Laboratory Culture Construction Based on the Target Management

The current laboratory management, post setting are directed at the laboratory management. Work task of each staff in labo- ratory as the measure and evaluation standard. This paper will combines laboratory target management advantages with laboratory culture construction. This paper elaborated how to strengthen our school laboratory culture construction from the significance, the content and purpose, the purpose and influence of laboratory culture construction, which can help our university to promote healthy and orderly de- velopment of laboratory management.
