中国省际经济-环境复合系统协调差异研究

寻求经济增长与环境优化协调发展已经成为中国各省市实现可持续发展的重要途径,而实现不同省市经济-环境复合系统协调差异的不断降低,则是缩小省市发展差距、实现均衡发展的保证.构建了省际经济-环境复合系统协调函数,并应用变异系数法评估了中国29个省市近年来经济-环境复合系统协调差异情况.结果表明,中国省际经济-环境复合系统协调度差异呈现先下降后上升的趋势,三大经济带内部各省市之间及三大经济带之间也呈现相似的规律.

The Coordination Difference of Economic-environmental Composite System in China’s Provinces

Obtaining the coordinated development of economy and environment is the important way to realize the sustainable development.While to lower the coordination degree gap among different provinces is very important to achieve the balanced development.This paper constructs the economy-environment composite system coordination function,and uses the coefficient of variation method to evaluate the coordination difference of 29 provinces in China.The results show that the coordination difference of Chinese provinces decreased firstly and then increased,also the coordination differences between internal provinces of the three economic belts and between the three economic belts display the same rule.
