新试剂DCOBA8Q5S与A1的荧光性能的研制和应用

摘    要:本文研究了新试剂7—(2、4)一二羧甲氧基—5—羧基苯(偶氮)—8—羟基喹啉—5—磺酸与Al~(3+)的配合反应,结果表明,试剂在HAL/NaAC缓液体系中与Ll~(3+)形成荧光配合物。最大激发峰512nm最大荧光发射峰波长为570nm,络合物组成比为R:AL=2:1,铝离子含量在0~1ug/25mL时符合比尔定律。本文拟用该方法对茶叶样中含量进行测定,结果令人满意。检测下限为5.04×10~(-6)g/L

STUDY THE FUNCTION OF FLUORESXENCE IN THE NEW EGENT'S DCOBA8Q5S AND ALUMINUM
Abstract:Summary:In this essay,The supporting reecetion of new reagent DCOBA8Q5S and Aluminum is discot-trsed,Result shows that reagent Combined with Al can form fluorescent content in the system of buffering water,The greater excitation is 512nm,fluorescent remittiny wave maximum is 570nm, Forming percent of complex compound(R:AL)is 2:1,Al content is in accordence with Bill Low, Yanjing from o to 1ug/25mL,This mean is taken to measure AL content is tea samples,and the result is quite satisfactory,lowest Limit of testing is 5. 04×10-6g/L
