优化技术交易服务体系，促进技术交易高质量发展

 从技术交易的组成要素、参与主体、复杂程度、交易周期等方面阐述了技术交易服务的特征；分析了技术交易体系的功能，包括信息的有效对接、创新要素的流动和结合、科技与经济融合、对科研人员的激励等；总结了技术交易服务体系的核心要素，包括企业、大学和科研机构、服务机构、政府部门；建议从重视企业家、激励科学家、强化交易平台、完善专业网络、加大培训力度等5个方面优化技术交易服务体系。

Optimize the service system of technology transactions and promote the high quality development of technology transactions

The technology transactions involve complex and important system engineering. This paper expounds the characteristics of the technology transaction service from the aspects of the elements, the participants, the complexity and the transaction cycle of the technology transactions; analyzes the functions of the technology transactions system, including the effective docking of information, the flow and the combination of innovation elements, the integration of science and technology and economy, and the incentive for researchers, as well as the core elements of the technology transaction service system, including enterprises, universities and scientific research institutions, the service organizations, and the government sectors. This paper proposes to optimize the technology transaction service system from five aspects:attaching importance to entrepreneurs, encouraging scientists to play important roles, strengthening the trading platforms, improving the professional network and strengthening trainings.
