| 摘 要： | 不动产估价课程是一门涉及面广、实践性很强的课程，现实教学中存在着理论教学与实践相脱节、教材选择不好、野外实习不够重视等问题。不动产估价课程的教学改革的重点一是加强案例分析与课堂讨论，增强学生分析问题、解决问题的能力；二是加强理论与生产实践相结合，观察、分析、解决生产、生活中出现的新现象、新问题；三是密切关注房地产市场、估价理论知识的变化与更新，掌握学科发展的新动向。
