| 摘 要： | 本文将金融期权概念扩展到现代企业投资决策分析中，着重探讨了现代企业投资决策中的三个选择：投资方向的选择、投资项目的选择、投资时间的选择。同时文章分析了古典投资理论的不足，建立了现代企业投资决策的模型以及投资行为所带来的机会成本最小作为现代企业投资的最佳策略。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the concept of the financial future title is expanded to the decision analysis of investment in modern enterprises. The paper mainly discusses how to choose the investment direction, the investment project and the timing of the investment. At the same time, it analyzes the default of classical investment theory, constructs the model of modern enterpreneurial investment decision and considers the cost of the investment opportunity as the best strategy of modern enterprises investment. |
