摘    要:研究了注射苦荞麦过敏蛋白TB前后小鼠体内的几种酶活性变化.以小鼠的心脏、肝脏、肾脏为实验材料,对其体内的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性及同工酶进行分析.测活结果显示:注射TB过敏蛋白后小鼠心脏和肝脏中SOD、POD、CAT的活性明显提高,而肾脏中几种酶活性均有所下降.电泳结果表明:SOD、POD的同工酶谱均发生了变化,谱带的酶活性不同程度的增加或减弱.

Abstract:The activity change of some enzymes in organs of mice injected with an allergenic protein from tartary buckwheat was studied.The activity of POD,SOD,CAT and the isoenzymes of POD,SOD in the heart,liver and kidney were analysed.The result showed that the allergenic protein had improved the activity of POD,SOD and CAT in the heart and liver of mice,and maybe because of the influence of the other proteins,however,the contrary result showed in the kidney of mice.The electrophoretic band spectrum of isoenzymes of POD,SOD including concentration and number also had a change.Some new bands appeared due to the improvement of activity of enzyme molecules,and contrarily,some bands disappeared due to the activity loss of enzyme molecules.
