中部地区高技术产业R&D活动投入产出绩效分析

摘    要:根据中部地区2012—2016年高技术产业数据,利用DEA模型及Malmquist指数,具体分析了中部6省高技术产业R&D活动投入产出绩效,结果显示:中部地区高技术产业R&D活动的投入和产出在地区和行业方面均存在较大差距.中部地区高技术产业R&D活动取得了较大成果,其投入产出效率整体较高,R&D投入产出效率存在地区差异,行业差异较小. 2012—2016年中部地区高技术产业的整体全要素生产效率在上升,这主要取决于技术的变动,说明近几年中部崛起战略和大力发展高技术产业的政策有较好的成果.根据分析结果提出促进中部地区高技术产业R&D活动投入产出绩效的建议.

Input and Output Performance Analysis of High-tech Industry in Central Region

Abstract:According to the data of the high-tech industry in the central region from 2012 to 2016,by using the DEA model and the Malmquist index,this paper analyzes the input and output performance of high-tech industry R&D activities in the six central provinces. The results show that the input and output of high-tech industry R&D activities in the central region have a big gap between the region and the industry. The R&D activities of high-tech industries in the central region have achieved great results,and their input-output efficiency is generally high. There are regional differences in R&D input-output efficiency,and industry differences are small. The overall factor-element production efficiency of high-tech industries in the central region is rising from 2012 to 2016,which depends mainly on the changes in technology. This shows that the strategy of the rise of Central China and the policy of vigorously developing high-tech industries have achieved good results in recent years. According to the analysis results,suggestions for promoting the input and output performance of high-tech industry R&D activities in the central region are proposed.
