彰显教师主体性——校本研修的有效实现途径

摘    要:校本研修是促进教师专业发展、全面提升中小学教育教学水平的有效途径,为广大中小学教师的专业发展提供了宝贵的机遇。在校本研修中,教师主体性的发挥至关重要。然而,在某些学校的研修活动中,教师的主体性并没有得到充分的彰显,存在教师主体性意识淡薄,参与研修的自主性、创造性缺失等现象,使研修效果大打折扣。为改变上述状况,可以从下述几个方面着手努力:唤起教师的主动性和能动性;强化教师的专业发展意识;培养教师的创造性人格;提升教师的自主学习能力。

Highlighting the Subjectivity of Teachers:the Effective Way of School-based Training

Abstract:School-based research is an effective way to promote the professional development of teachers,and to improve the level of primary and secondary education. It provides valuable opportunities for the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers. In school-based research,the subjectivity of teachers plays a vital role. However,due to various reasons,some schools have some phenomena such as the lack of teacher's subjective consciousness,the passivity of participation in research and the lack of creative couragen in the school-based research activities. These problems lead to the loss of teachers' subjectivity and a decrease in the training effect. In order to change the situation,this author suggests that efforts should be made from the following aspects: 1. to strengthen the professional development awareness; 2. to stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers; 3. to cultivate the creative personality of teachers; 4. to enhance the ability of independent learning of teachers.
