| Abstract: | This paper studies the application of a physical chemistry method of collection and sedimentation to extract with high speed protein and other nutritions substances from the waste residue liquid of amylum industry. The conditions and influencing factors for improving the extracting speed and the recovery rate of protein are revealed. |
