摘    要:以中南林业科技大学图书馆检索机上“读者信箱”中读者意见的原始记录为素材,把读者意见进行分析归类,回顾了读者意见处理的成效和不足,提出了读者意见的管理方法及关于读者意见处理的思考。

Abstract:Taking the original records of the readers' opinions in the "readers mailbox" on the retrieval machine of the library of Central South University of Forestry & Technology as the raw data, this paper makes analysis and subsumption of the readers' opinions, reviews the successes and shortages in the treatment of the readers' opinions in the past year, and puts forward some methods for the management of the readers' opinions and some considerations about the treatment of the readers' opinions.
