化工过程灰箱建模中采用灰色聚类技术的研究

利用灰色聚类方法建立灰箱模型,进行预测化工生产过程中催化反应的进料量和填装量等参数。实验结果表明,采用灰色聚类技术分析预测,对催化反应的数据预测结果在精度上明显优于传统化工方法,可使催化反应在原料成本最小的条件下获得较高的转化率。

The research of applying grey clustering technology on modeling gray box during chemical manufacturing process

In this paper,using grey clustering method to establish gray box model to forecast the parameters of filling amount of the catalytic reaction in chemical manufacturing process.The results show that by adopting grey clustering technology to analyze and forecast,the data accuracy of the predicted test result on catalytic reaction is much better than traditional chemical method.And make the catalytic reaction to gain higher fractional conversion under the condition of the minimum raw material costs.
