摘    要:目前国内大部分SPF级实验动物房都是在原普通级动物房基础上改造而成,所以,在智能化监控系统方面的设计不够完善,一般仅注重温度、洁净度、房间的压差等,这些指标均能控制在相关国家标准规定的范围内。但是对湿度的控制相对较弱,特别是北方冬季的加湿问题及南方梅雨季节的去湿问题;另外监控系统中监视的功能远远大于控制的功能。监控系统基本都是实时记录,

Abstract:Objective Many SPF animal rooms were upgraded and reconstructed on the basis of the old ordinary rooms in our country,there are some deficiencies in the design of automatic monitoring system.In generally,the temperature,cleanliness,and the room pressure gradience are easily controlled.However,the humidity control is very hard,especially in the winter and rainy season.In addition,the monitoring system usually emphasizes on the monitoring function,but the control function is weak,and there is no electronic record reserved in the system.Based on these deficiencies,our laboratory animal room has been upgraded and the reconstructed,and performance of the new system is good.
