等基圆锥齿轮的齿面几何与修形分析

摘    要:以数控加工理论为基础,阐述了等基圆锥齿轮的基本原理,提出了指状铣刀仿形加工等基圆曲线齿锥齿轮的齿线和齿廓修形方法;确定了加工等基圆锥齿轮的指状铣刀的设计原则和设计参数;导出了计入齿线和齿廓修形的齿面方程和齿根过渡曲面方程·等基圆锥齿轮的齿线是一条特殊曲线,其凹凸方向与传统曲线齿锥齿轮齿线的凹凸方向相反,必须采用数控方法加工;通过铣刀廓线修形可实现齿轮齿廓修形,沿理论齿线的法向移动刀具可实现齿线修形;通过齿线和齿廓组合修形实现齿面修形·为齿面曲率分析、啮合分析及强度计算奠定了基础·

Abstract:Based on numerical control (NC) technique,a new type of bevel gear equal base circle bevel gear were proposed. The gearing principle of equal base circle bevel gear provides a effective method to process high precision large size bevel gears with simple machine tool and low cost. Tooth trace and tooth profile modification method of equal base circle bevel gear cut by end milling were given,cutter design theory was discussed. Tooth surface equation and tooth root curve surface equation were derived. The tooth trace of equal base circle bevel gear is a special curve,its concave and convex direction is contrary to other types of bevel gears,it can only be cut by NC method. Tooth profile modification can be realized by end milling cutter profile modification. Tooth trace modification can be realized by shifting cutter along the normal direction of theoretical tooth trace.The relative motion between cutter and blank can be easily controlled by NC technique. In combination with the tooth trace and tooth profile modification,tooth surface modification can be realized and meshing properties can be improved.
