| 摘 要： | 高校承担着培养和造就创新人才的重任，面对新时期出现的新情况、新问题，高校德育工作主体应充分认识德育工作与时俱进的重要性和紧迫性。高校德育工作的与时俱进是指德育工作要随着客观实践的不断发展而不断变化自身的内容和形式、方针和原则、手段和方法等。高校德育工作只有与时俱进，才能充分发挥其政治优势，全面提高大学生的素质，为实现高校的培养目标发挥积极的作用。

| Abstract: | High schools shoulder the responsibilities to cultivate innovative talents and they should fully realize the importance and urgency of Catching -up-with-times in virtue education, that is, to duly change the content and form, policy and principle, method and ways according to the changing situation. Only by catching up with times can its political advantages be fully brought into play so as to collectively upgrade the students' quality and play an active role in realizing the educational destination. |
