酸性介质中Ti基MnO_xD.S.A.稳定性探讨

摘    要:对所研制的一种新型节能阳极:Ti|SnO_2-MnO_x-RuO_2|MnO_z电极,在150g/L H_2SO_4溶液中,析氧过程活性层的溶解稳定性、机械稳定性进行了测定,结果表明在如此强酸介质中该电极很稳定。同时,用强化寿命实验估算了在锌电积条件下的使用寿命为1700d,优于其他MnO_x类D.S.A.对电极的失活原因亦进行了探讨。

Abstract:A newly developed energy-saving anode,i. e. Ti | SnO2-MnOx-RuOz |MnOz,was studied on its mechanical and soluble stabilities of anodic active layer in 150g/L H2SO4 in oxygen evolution process. The results showed that this anode is still very stable in such, a strong acidic medium. Anode's lifetime was estimated up to 1700d through intensive life test under conditions of zine electrodeposition and so superior to other types of MnOx D. S. A. The deactivation mechanism was also discussed.
